At full maturity. The harvest date depends on the acidity level and the health status of the plots. (Early October on average).
Once in the cellar, the whole harvest is sorted and destemmed to make sure only the ripest grapes go into vats. Maceration will last 12 to 18 days at 22 degrees Celsius
The wine ages only in vats in order to preserve fruit and develop the wine’s roundness
An intense ruby robe, with prominent red fruit aromas enhancing the wine freshness supported by ample and harmonious tannins to express fruit
Chilled with a creamy fish dish, best at cool room temperature with red meats or poultry.
