Vinification

After a short maceration in the wine press, red grapes are pressed without crushing or destemming, static settling at low temperature followed by thermoregulated vinification until a dry wine is obtained . Then second bottle fermentation n our cellars. The wine lies horizontally on wooden lats for 12 months. Riddling and disgorgement are carried out in our cellars

Colour: Salmon robe with a golden shade

Nose : Very rich red fruit aromas to the nose, typical of Cabernet Franc

Taste: The fine bubbles are very present and they bring out the freshness of its aromas
