30 years old on average, 70 for the oldest vines

Cover planting is used to keep the vines vigorous, Green harvesting regulates  the vine stem yields

Handpicked into crates

Vinification

Direct pressing  without crushing or destemming, static settling at low temperature followed by thermoregulated vinification until a dry wine is obtained. Then second bottle fermentation in our cellars. The wine lies horizontally on wooden lats for at least 18 months . Stirring and disgorgement are carried out in our cellars.

Dégustation

Colour: A straw yellow robe with shiny green shades. A very fine pearl with strong persistence

Nose : A very intense floral aroma  (acacia and, hawthorn, with fruity flavours (exotic fruit, pineapple, lemon)

Palate: A very round body completes the harmonious structure with a lot of freshness without too much acidity.

Accords mets/vins

The Cremant de Loire goes well with aperitif and desserts
