Vinification

Direct pressing  without crushing or destemming, static settling at low temperature followed by thermoregulated vinification until a dry wine is obtained. Malolactic fermentation according to vintages. .

 

Dégustation

Colour: A straw yellow robe with shiny green shades

Nose : A very intense floral aroma  (acacia and, hawthorn, with fruity flavours (exotic fruit, pineapple, lemon)

Palate: A very round body completes the harmonious structure with a lot of freshness.
